More than 50 TABBERT friends celebrated the 8th Customer Meeting in Vöhl‐Herzhausen at Lake Edersee. This year, too, TABBERT club members enjoyed a varied programme. Activities included a barbecue evening and a romantic campfire at the campsite as well as a boat trip on the Stern von Waldeck on Lake Edersee and a guided tour of the reservoir wall. A visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bergpark rounded off this year’s programme.
A good 50 enthusiastic TABBERT club members gathered at the „Camping‐ & Ferienpark Teichmann‟ campsite in Vöhl‐Herzhausen to celebrate the 8th TABBERT Customer Meeting 2021. As the meeting had to be cancelled in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, participants were particularly thrilled to attend the event at Lake Edersee in Hesse, one of the largest reservoirs in Europe.
After an official welcome, the participants got to experience the first item on the programme on Friday: a guided tour of the reservoir wall at Lake Edersee. Even the bus ride proved to be a real highlight with the local bus driver sharing many fascinating stories from her hometown. An interesting tour of the reservoir was followed by the next highlight: a boat trip on Lake Edersee. To complete the enjoyment experienced on the water, coffee and cake were, of course, not to be missed. After an eventful day, there was ample refreshment with a tasty burger supper at the campsite. The catering team for the trade fairs had even travelled all the way from Stuttgart for the occasion. Afterwards, the participants rounded off the evening with delicious cocktails and music.
Under the motto „Open Caravan Door Day‟ on Saturday morning, the participants were invited to view the vehicles before setting off at midday on an excursion to Bergpark Willhelmshöhe, including a guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bergpark. Afterwards, the TABBERT fans could join a hike through the forest or relax in the café.
To round off a successful day, a joint BBQ buffet was served at the campsite, followed by a campfire session. The campsite manager proved to be quite the entertainer, setting the mood with his fringed jacket, cowboy hat and guitar music.
"It’s amazing what TABBERT puts together at the event. The team always exudes good humour, is competent when it comes to their products and simply loves to be there,‟ enthuse the participants. TABBERT club members particularly enjoy exchanging ideas with the TABBERT team and like‐minded people from the community year after year.
After enjoying a final breakfast together on Sunday morning, the enthusiastic participants returned home – equipped with a basket full of surprises, a TABBERT Customer Meeting T‐shirt, lots of wonderful memories and new friendships.
