Knaus Tabbert has a modern and efficient production network. The company employs a staff of about 4,000 at its four production and administrative locations in Germany and Hungary. More than 80% of the employees work in production.
In 1970, the main plant of the former KNAUS company was opened in Jandelsbrunn, Lower Bavaria. Since the merger of KNAUS and TABBERT, the location has been the headquarters of the company. In addition to the administrative headquarters, this location is also home to the company’s largest manufacturing site.
At the Jandelsbrunn site, more than 1,700 employees manufacture KNAUS and WEINSBERG brand caravans and motorhomes.
In 1959, TABBERT opened a factory in the Hessian town of Mottgers. Today, Knaus Tabbert produces TABBERT and KNAUS brand caravans here. The site employs nearly 500 employees.
The factory in Nagyoroszi, Hungary, was initially founded in 1992 as a TABBERT production site. Today, it is the company’s second largest production location and employs a staff of more than 1,200.
KNAUS, WEINSBERG and T@B brand caravans, WEINSBERG motorhomes, and KNAUS and WEINSBERG camper vans are manufactured at this location.
Since its founding in 2010, MORELO has been based in the Upper Franconian town of Schlüsselfeld. Here, nearly 450 specialists are currently building motorhomes for the luxury segment.
