Caravan Salon 2023: Innovations at centre focus - Knaus Tabbert concludes the trade fair with positive feedback

Düsseldorf/Jandelsbrunn. The opening weekend of the Caravan Salon Düsseldorf 2023 already clearly underlined the trend that interest in caravanning remains high. With 254,000 visitors, the organiser has now reported a new peak value.

Knaus Tabbert’s impressive brand presentations in the exclusive Halls 1 and 4 as well as in Hall 5 drew a high level of interest. The focus fell on the premieres of several innovative developments. Among others were the extraordinary KNAUS YASEO caravan, specially designed for electric towing vehicles, and the revolutionary WEINSBERG X‐Cursion with its intelligent lifting roof, together with the unusually modern design of the CaraLife camper van. TABBERT launched the completely redesigned SENARA series just in time for the brand’s 70th anniversary, leading the way with this highly regarded example of caravan design.

Knaus Tabbert is setting the course for the future of caravanning with this wide range of exciting new products, underlining the company’s leading position as one of the industry’s innovation drivers. Following the exceptionally difficult years marked by the pandemic, both visitors and organisers were finally able to experience a trade fair held under normal conditions once again. The organisers report that one third of all visitors were newcomers to the Caravan Salon.

Gerd Adamietzki, CSO and member of the Managing Board, draws a positive balance at the close of the industry’s leading trade fair: „The Caravan Salon offers Knaus Tabbert the ideal environment for presenting itself and its products to the throng of visitors. We experienced exceptional interest in our vehicles, while footfall through our halls was pleasingly high. At the same time, after the overheated pandemic times, we are now seeing a diverse range of products again, with the market normalizing to some extent as a result. This is also reflected in the fact that our sales figures are stabilising at a high level.”
