Knaus Tabbert reorganises management team as part of its transformation

Knaus Tabbert AG is reorganising its management team as part of the ongoing restructuring process.

The appointment of Wim de Pundert, who took over as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the end of 2024, will end at the close of the Annual General Meeting on July 10, 2026. He is subsequently expected to return to the Supervisory Board.

Thomas Nickel has been appointed as the new CEO; he has been working for the company as CTO / Transformation Manager since March 2026 and is overseeing the ongoing transformation process.

In addition, Matjaž Grm will be appointed to the Executive Board with effect from August 1, 2026. Matjaž Grm has been supporting the company since January 2025 in the role of external adviser in the CSO division.

Radim Sevcik will remain a member of the Management Board and will continue in his role as CFO as before.

The restructuring of the management team is a further key step towards stabilising the company and consistently continuing the transformation process that has been initiated. With Thomas Nickel, Matjaž Grm and Radim Sevcik, Knaus Tabbert is working with an experienced and ambitious management team on the operational and strategic development of the company.
