Knaus Tabbert AG becomes partner of CENTRAL EUROPEAN RALLY

• Recreational vehicles manufacturer gives name to special stage KNAUS TABBERT BAYERISCHER WALD 
• Successful cooperation at the ADAC 3 STÄDTE RALLYE now extended to the WRC round

Jandelsbrunn/Passau. The recreational vehicle manufacturer Knaus Tabbert AG from Jandelsbrunn will be part of the guest performance of the World Rally Championship through Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic: The previous title partner of the ADAC KNAUS TABBERT 3 STÄDTE RALLYE, which has made way for the CENTRAL EUROPEAN RALLY, will be the name giver of the special stage KNAUS TABBERT BAYERISCHER WALD on Saturday, October 28. The event will be held right on the company’s doorstep in the municipality of Neureichenau (district of Freyung‐Grafenau).  According to the current schedule, the route will be ridden once in the morning (start of 1st vehicle: about 11:00 a. m.) and in the evening (about 6:00 p. m.),  has a length of about 12 kilometres and will be broadcast live. „We are delighted that the path of this rally, newly established here in the region in 2019, has made it to the Champions League of this sport‟, emphasises Werner Vaterl, Chief Operation Officer (COO),  of Knaus Tabbert AG. „Motorsport at the highest level with hybrid drive technology and non‐fossil fuels as well as a convincing sustainability concept are the basis on which this event is treading a contemporary path into the future.“
As in motor sports, the topic of emissions is also particularly important at Knaus Tabbert. The innovation driver in the camping and caravan sector from Jandelsbrunn has been researching in the field of alternative drive technologies for its vehicles for years.

This year, the Knaus Tabbert team can experience motorsport up close in the World Cup Fan Zone named after their company.
