Knaus Tabbert Publishes 2025 Annual Report: Focus on Strategic Realignment

Knaus Tabbert AG published its 2025 Annual Report today. In fiscal year 2025, the company generated revenue of €1,002.1 million and a normalized EBITDA of €27.3 million.

2025 was marked by the company’s strategic realignment. Following the profound challenges of the previous year, Knaus Tabbert streamlined processes, clarified responsibilities, and adapted its organization to changing market conditions. In addition, production and inventory management were aligned with actual demand. These initiatives form the basis for gradual stabilization and will be consistently pursued.

Significant progress was also made in the area of financing. The successful conclusion of an amendment agreement with the financing banks laid the foundation towards a more sustainable capital structure and greater planning security.

At the same time, the market environment remained challenging. Dealer insolvencies, ongoing pricing pressure, and supply chain challenges weighed on business performance. Against this backdrop, profitability targets could not be fully met.

Nevertheless, Knaus Tabbert remains confident in its strategic direction. In 2025, the company laid important foundations for its future development. The strength of the brands and the commitment of the employees also contribute significantly to this.
